My name is John Murphy, my wife and I have 4 children. Hunting and fishing have always been a big part of my life. In today's ultra fast world the outdoor activities that I enjoy are hard to get kid's into. When the chance to get a Black Lab pup came up we were not sure if we wanted to take it on or not. Like everyone else in the world I work too many hour's and never seem to be home as much as I would like to be, I was worried that without the proper amount of attention we would not be able to handle a dog with the energy level of a lab. We all decided that if everyone helped we could make this happen, so we contacted the owners and told them we would be right back for one of the pup's.
